Skylight sealing & flashing refresh
Re-seal skylight perimeters, inspect tin work, replace gaskets, ensure clean drainage paths.
During dry days•Spring
Roof wash, moss removal, paint prep
Wash the roof, remove moss and buildup, spot-repair coating, prep surfaces for repainting.
