Thermal and visual inspection, flashing reseal, emergency leak stop, photo report with fixes.

Before heavy rain•Spring

Clear gutters and downpipes, inspect valleys, test runoff, tighten brackets for heavy rain.

Ahead of spring storms•Spring

Re-seal skylight perimeters, inspect tin work, replace gaskets, ensure clean drainage paths.

During dry days•Spring

Wash the roof, remove moss and buildup, spot-repair coating, prep surfaces for repainting.

After storms•Spring

After heavy wind we inspect lifted roofing sections, ridge lines and flashings, stop leaks and secure temporary weather cover.
